All of you will know how to choose and use that comestic product in right way because if you don’t care about it, it is harm to your skin and can cause too many problem to you after you use those comestic product.

Tips for Safe Keeping and Use of Cosmetics

The regulatory requirements governing the sale of cosmetics are not as stringent as those that apply to other consumer products such as drugs. Cosmetics and their ingredients are not required to undergo approval before they are sold to the public. Manufacturers may use any ingredient or raw material, except for color additives and a few prohibited substances, to market a product. Some regulations do apply: an ingredient declaration is required on every cosmetic product sold to consumers. The ingredients must be listed in descending order of quantity. Water accounts for the bulk of most skin-care products, which is why it usually appears first on ingredient lists. Around 40% of manufacturers who want to project an image of responsible product development voluntarily register their products with the Food and Drug Administration.

There are also no regulations requiring cosmetic manufacturers to indicate the shelf life — the amount of time for which a product is good under normal conditions of storage and use, depending on the product’s composition, packaging, preservation — on the labels of their products.

Voluntary shelf-life guidelines developed by the cosmetic industry vary, depending on the product and its intended use. The shelf life for eye-area cosmetics is more limited than for other products. Because of repeated microbial exposure during use and the risk of eye infections, some industry experts recommend replacing mascara 3 months after purchase. If the mascara dries out, discard it. Do not add water or, even worse, saliva to moisten it, because that will introduce bacteria into the product. If you have an eye infection, consult a physician immediately, stop using all eye-area cosmetics, and discard those you were using when the infection occurred.

Other cosmetics that are likely to have an unusually short shelf life are certain “all natural” products that may contain plant-derived substances conducive to microbial growth. It also is important for consumers and manufacturers to consider the increased risk of contamination in products that contain non-traditional preservatives, or no preservatives at all.

Expiration dates are only rules of thumb. A product’s safety may expire long before the expiration date if it has not been properly stored. Cosmetics that have been improperly stored – for example, exposed to high temperatures or sunlight, or opened and examined by consumers prior to final sale – may deteriorate substantially before the expiration date. On the other hand, products stored under ideal conditions may be acceptable long after the expiration date has been reached.

Sharing makeup increases the risk of contamination. “Testers” commonly found at department store cosmetic counters are even more likely to become contaminated than the same products in an individual’s home. At home, the preservatives usually have a whole day to kill the bacteria that is inevitably introduced after each use, but the brief time between uses of testers in stores do not allow the preservatives to kill the bacteria. If you test a cosmetic before purchasing it, apply it with a new, unused applicator, like a fresh cotton swab.

What precautions should you take to use cosmetics safely?

Don’t apply makeup while driving. This makes for dangerous driving, and hitting a bump in the road and scratching your eyeball can cause bacteria to contaminate the cut.

Never share makeup. Use a new disposable applicator when testing products. Ask salespersons to clean container openings with alcohol before applying their contents to your skin.

Never add water or another liquid to a product to bring back its original consistency. This could introduce bacteria that can easily grow out of control.

Stop using any product that causes an allergic reaction. Almost all cosmetics can cause allergic reactions in certain individuals. The first sign may be mild redness and irritation. There is no list of ingredients guaranteed not to cause allergic reactions, so if you are prone to allergies pay careful attention to what you use.

Throw away makeup if the color changes or an odor develops. Preservatives degrade over time and may no longer be able to fight bacteria.

Do not use eye makeup if you have an eye infection. Throw away all products you were using when you discovered the infection.

Keep makeup out of sunlight. Light and heat can degrade preservatives.

Keep makeup containers tightly closed when not in use.

Never use aerosol beauty products near heat or while smoking because they can ignite.

Hairsprays and powders may cause lung damage if inhaled regularly.

The Health Risks of Cosmetics

Most cosmetics do not pose a health risk when the directions on the label are followed and when the product is used properly. However, some of the ingredients in cosmetics can cause adverse effects in certain individuals with sensitivities. These effects range from mild irritations to severe allergic reactions.

An estimated 2 to 5 per cent of adults may experience mild reactions to the chemicals in cosmetics. The most common reaction is a skin rash. When this happens, most individuals simply stop using the product and the condition clears up on its own.

However, a small percentage of individuals have more serious reactions that may result in a reduced quality of life, loss of income or school-time, increased health risks and increased demands on the health system. Examples of such adverse reactions to cosmetics include painful eye irritations, swelling of the face, and hair loss. In rare instances, individuals with a severe allergy to an ingredient may develop breathing problems. Also, some cosmetics may be toxic to children if swallowed.

Health Canada receives more than 50 reports per year about adverse reactions to cosmetics. Many more cases go unreported.

How Ingredient Labelling for Cosmetics Reduces Risks

With the new labelling requirements, you will have ready access to a list of all ingredients in every cosmetic product. Also, a specific ingredient will have the same name in every product list. This will help reduce risks in the following ways:

If you know you are sensitive to a substance, you can make an informed choice to avoid any product with that ingredient.

If you develop a reaction to a product, the list of ingredients will help your health care provider determine the cause. You can then avoid products containing that ingredient in the future.

Medical professionals will be able to refer to an ingredient by one common name for incident reporting and treatment.

A product ingredient list can help in emergency situations. For example, if a child swallows a cosmetic product, the list will save time in determining the correct medical treatment.

Minimizing Your Risk

Many manufacturers already list ingredients on the labels of cosmetic products. Read these lists so you can make informed decisions about the cosmetics you use. The following steps will also help minimize your risk related to the use of cosmetics:

Always read package directions and warning labels.

Before using a new cosmetic product, try a patch test on a small area of skin. Wait 24 hours. If there is no reaction, it should be safe to use. With hair dye, it is important to do the test each time you use it, even if you have not had a problem before.

Do not share cosmetics, especially make-up. This could expose you to someone else’s bacteria.

Keep cosmetic products and toiletries out of the reach of children. If a child swallows any of these products, contact the Poison Control Centre nearest you. This is listed on the first page of your telephone book.

If you have an adverse reaction to a cosmetic, stop using the product immediately. Call your doctor if the reaction is severe or prolonged, and report the reaction to a Product Safety Office.

In this blog we will tell you how to take care your beauty by use the natural thing like vegetable and fruit to make you beauty by the those thing.

Natural Beauty

Natural Beauty – Enhance The Looks You Have

Visualization

You need to visualize the specific changes if you truly want to change your look. What will any improvements you make look like? See yourself with a streamlined body, healthier hair, clearer skin, majestic posture. These changes are realistic and attainable. Stay away from goals you’ll never reach.
Don’t compare yourself with someone you’ve seen on the TV or movie screen or on the cover of a magazine. Accept your uniqueness and capitalize on it.

Mirrors Boost Attitude

The quickest attitude adjustment is through reflection. Women who have low self esteem often avoid mirrors like the plague. However, mirrors can become a big ally.
Mirrors can tell you how you’re progressing, in those little ways that may not be noticeable to the casual eye. It is the ultimate objective eye.

Do Everything Better

The way you use your beauty products will make all the difference in results.
For instance, try to duplicate what you see and feel your hair is shampooed at a salon. The product is always handled, never poured directly on hair.
Add a massage to your scalp when washing. While rinsing, lift your hair away from your scalp for about two minutes until it squeaks.

Discover The Virtues of Vanity

Confident women enjoy experimenting as a way of relieving stress and boost morale. Women who care about how they look are fascinating to watch, and teach us about taste and glamour. Vanity is a positive virtue, allowing us to fix our heads as well as our looks.

Look Pretty Amazing

Don’t worry about looking pretty. Look pretty amazing show the world you care about yourself. Real beauty celebrates individuality. Rather than running around looking for beauty in pricey external products, discover within yourself. Make the most of what you have. You’ll learn to like yourself and that will spark a light within.

Do One Thing For Yourself Everyday

Make yourself do it. It’s the ultimate act of self-respect. Soak in the bubble bath or read an inspiring book. These little pleasures allow you to feel special. You can fake it if you, until you actually feel deserving of it. Whatever you choose, follow the action by writing down waht you did and how it made you feel. Make it your own “attitude file”. Include stories, quotes from friends and photographs that have made you feel good about yourself.

Project Beauty

Feel good, feel pretty and that’s just what the world will see. If you feel ugly, that’s what the people will see. Try to look as good as you can. There are ways to live in beauty without being obsessive about it.

Find Supportive Friends

What people say, whether intentional or not, make us feel good or bad about ourselves. Look for people who make you feel good when you’re down. This person will give you compliment. If you’ve done something different or if you’re wearing something new, they will notice it. Keep this compliments and they will build your self esteem.

Listen To Your Inner Voice

Each of us has a voice inside our head that will give us advice. This is like a therapist. It will guide us in the right direction. It will calm us down, cheer us up and even help us figure out why we’re overeating or not bothering to iron our clothes. The problem is that we often don’t take time we need to hear this important information. Schedule some quiet time in a leisurely bath or walk, or even while putting on your makeup. Treat this intuition as an inner cheering section.

Take A Break

At least twice a day, set aside five minutes to recheck your make-up, hair, posture and clothing. No matter how impeccably you started out your day, a touch is both necessary and warranted. Take some deep breaths to renew and restore your appearance.

Pamper Your Skin at the Spa

Smooth, clear and flawless skin is an indication of good health, not just of beauty. Whatever lifestyle choices we make, or whatever forms of abuse we make our bodies go through, such as drinking, bingeing and smoking, getting stressed out lots of times, or lack of exercise and sleep, show easily enough on our skin. It is easy to tell if a person is not of good health: she always looks wan and sallow, her skin dry and flaking, and most likely sporting dark circles under the eyes. A person who is at the peak of health has smooth and soft skin that is alit with a rosy glow.

Many women go to day spas to pamper their skin and make them look nice and healthy. Spas have special treatments that can rejuvenate the skin, take the toxins out of the body, and make the skin look younger and looking fresh.

If you go to a spa to get your skin pampered, what treatments should you go for and what should you expect? Listed below are basic treatments you can find in a spa:

Facials. A facial is a way of deep cleansing the skin, removing the dirt, the impurities and the blackheads from the face. After a facial the skin of your face should feel clean, soft and hydrated.

Facial mask. The idea of the facial mask is to make your skin feel tighter, smoother and hydrated. It is also supposed to exfoliate your skin and remove the dirt and dead skin cells from it, as well as to treat acne. Facial masks are done by putting some substance evenly on your skin and letting it dry on the skin before washing it off. Facial masks are typically made of algae, seaweed and mud, but it can also be made of other materials.

Body scrub. A body scrub exfoliates and removes the dead skin cells from the body using different types of oils and salts. This hydrates and makes the skin of the body soft and smooth.

Body mask. Body masks are also used for exfoliating and for removing dead skin cells from the body. It works exactly the same way as the facial mask.

Body wrap. In a body wrap treatment, certain creams, liquids or a special mud is applied to the body. The body is then wrapped tightly and allowed to stay so for a period of time. A body wrap treatment is supposed to detoxicate the body, or maybe help the body shed off a few pounds.

Day spas also offer different kinds of massages to relax the body, to relieve it from stress and detoxicate it. Having healthy, glowing skin, after all, is an inside job. If you are feeling pain or stressed out, it is best to relieve these aches and pains through massage so the skin would look healthy and beautiful.

Visit a day spa and pamper your skin every once in a while. It will do your skin and your health a world of good.

In many cases the goal is weight loss, but some athletes aspire to gain weight (usually in the form of muscle) and diets can also be used to maintain a stable body weight.

The energy humans get from food is limited by the efficiency of digestion and the efficiency of utilization. The efficiency of digestion is largely dependent on the type of food being eaten. Poorly chewed seeds are poorly digested. Refined sugars and fats are absorbed almost completely. Despite the claims of certain popular diets, chewing and digesting does not use a substantial amount of the energy offered by any food (that anyone would want to eat). Vitamins and minerals are essential for many functions.Any diet that fails to meet minimum nutritional requirements can threaten general health (and physical fitness in particular). If a person is not well enough to be active, weight loss and good quality of life will be unlikely.The National Academy of Sciences and the World Health Organization publish guidelines for dietary intakes of all known essential nutrients.Sometimes dieters will ingest excessive amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements. Retinol (oil-soluble vitamin A) is toxic in large doses. As a general rule, most people can get the nutrition they need from foods (there are specific exceptions; vegans often need to supplement vitamin B-12). In any event, a multivitamin taken once a day will suffice for the majority of the population.A sensible weight-loss diet is a normal balanced diet; it just comes with smaller portions and perhaps some substitutions (e.g. low-fat milk, or less salad dressing). For instance, these diets told people to eat less fat junk food or sweet snacks, instead, you can choose low-calorie, and high-fiber foods like fruits and vegetables. These will help people feel full longer, and make any diet plan more effective. Also, plan your meals and buy the food you need so that you will not be tempted to turn to fast food when you are hungry.The general public came to believe, partly due to information from low-fat diet proponents, that carbohydrates were “energy food” and that only fat made people fat. This led to high consumption of low-fat foods rich in refined carbohydrates (notably corn syrup), which led some people to gain more weight.Some low-fat diets were healthier, focusing on consumption of whole grains, vegetables and lean meats. (See Pritikin diet.) But even these diets did not recognize the importance of essential fatty acids. Some low-fat foods were actually more harmful than the non-low-fat foods, since all fat was removed, both “good” and “bad.”

Natural diets

Since the advent of controversial diets such as Atkins, various diets that stress the eating habits of “natural humans” have been developed. The Paleolithic Diet imitates the way people ate during the Stone Age. These eating plans include basically natural foods (those not processed by humans). Whereas the Paleolithic Diet excludes milk and grain-foods, The Evolution Diet excludes human-made ingredients such as partially hydrogenated oils but allows some processed foods such as whole-grain crackers and dairy products. Anthropologists who focus their research on human evolution, however, are quick to point out that the diet of Paleolithic peoples was most likely opportunistic. That is, these early humans would most likely eat whatever edible foods were available at any given moment in that particular area (e.g. vegetables, termites, meat) and not restrict their intake of any food. Until recent human history, starvation has been a far greater threat than over-consumption.

Vegetarian diet

Strict vegetarian diets like veganism may result in certain vitamin and mineral deficiencies if attention isn’t paid to nutrition.

Nutritional overview

Generally, a healthy diet will include:

Sufficient calories to maintain a person’s metabolic and activity needs, but not so excessive as to result in fat storage greater than roughly 12% of body mass;

Sufficient quantities of fat, including monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat and saturated fat, with a balance of omega-6 and long-chain omega-3 lipids;

Avoidance of saturated fat.

Avoidance of trans fat.

Sufficient essential amino acids (“complete protein”) to provide cellular replenishment and transport proteins;

Essential micronutrients such as vitamins and certain minerals.

Avoiding directly poisonous (e.g. heavy metals) and carcinogenic (e.g. benzene) substances;

Avoiding foods contaminated by human pathogens (e.g. e. coli, tapeworm eggs);

Avoiding chronic high doses of certain foods that are benign or beneficial in small or occasional doses, such as

foods or substances with directly toxic properties at high chronic doses (e.g. ethyl alcohol);

foods that may interfere at high doses with other body processes (e.g. table salt);

foods that may burden or exhaust normal functions (e.g. refined carbohydrates without adequate dietary fibre).

Balanced eating

Achieving a healthy diet is popularly misperceived as being attainable by eating ‘healthy foods’. Many people falsely believe that there are ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods; they develop bad diets because they think that abundant eating of foods they consider ‘healthy’ will create a healthy diet. However, this is far from the truth.

The consumption of nothing but substances that are deemed healthy, such as an “all-grain diet” or a diet consisting only of pasta or other health-foods, would most likely result in deficiencies because important nutrients (like protein-based foods) would be missed. Foods such as grains, fish, corn, etc. are healthy when consumed with a balanced diet, because in combination they supply us with all of the required nutrients. The most important aspect of any diet is maintaining a healthy intake and balance of foods.

The balance of micronutrients gained from meat, vegetables, and other foods is what makes diets healthy, not only consuming ‘healthy’ foods. For instance, milk, cheese, and other dairy products are known to have a relatively high fat content. Removing such dairy products from a diet may lower fat ingestion, but it will also negatively affect the intake of calcium and riboflavin that such foods offer.

Fruits

In terms of food (rather than botanny), Fruits are the sweet-tasting seed-bearing parts of plants, or occasionally sweet parts of plants which do not bear seeds. These include apples, oranges, plums, berries, and grapes. Fruits are low in fats, and a source of natural sugars, fibre and vitamins. Processing fruits when canning or making into juices unfortunately often adds sugars and removes nutrients; therefore fresh fruit or canned fruit packed in juice rather than syrup is recommended[citation needed]. The fruit food group is sometimes combined with the vegetable food group. It is best to consume 2-4 servings of fruit in a day. they may be fresh, frozen, canned, dried, or made into juice.

Note that many foods that are considered fruits in botanny because they bear seeds are not considered fruits in cuisine because they lack the characteristic sweet taste. For example, all grains, nuts

Vegetables

A vegetable is a part of a plant consumed by humans that is generally savory (not sweet) and not considered grain, fruit, nut, spice, or herb. For example, the stem, root, flower, etc. may be eaten as vegetables. Vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals; however, different vegetables contain different spreads, so it is important to eat a wide variety of types. For example, green vegetables typically contain vitamin C, dark orange and dark green vegetables contain vitamin A, and vegetables like broccoli and related plants contain iron and calcium. Vegetables are very low in fats and calories, but cooking can often add these sometimes unwanted nutrients. The vegetable food group is sometimes combined with the fruit food group. It is optimal to consume 3-5 servings of vegetables in a day. They may be fresh, frozen, canned, or made into juice.

Dairy products

Dairy products are produced from the milk of mammals, most usually but not exclusively cattle. They include milk and yogurt. They are the best source for the mineral calcium, but also provide protein, phosphorus, vitamin A, and in fortified milk, vitamin D. However, many dairy products are high in fat, which is why skimmed products are available as an alternative. For adults, 2-4 servings of dairy products are recommended per day.

Body and Your Brain

Exercise is a critical component of good health, especially as you age. Exercise will help you:

Sleep better

Lose weight, gain weight, or maintain weight, depending on your needs

The key to obtaining the benefits of exercise is to find a program and stick to it. Of course, it is useful to have a guide, and toward that end I offer the recommendations below and an exercise table you can print out and use to help you track your progress. Key points to remember when exercising:Listen to your body. If exercise worsens symptoms, modify your program or, if need be, stop. As your energy and health improve, you will be able to tolerate larger amounts of the aerobic exercise, which will lead to weight loss. It helps to hire a personal trainer who can guide you through the specifics of a good exercise program. If you do use a personal trainer please be aware that many don’t understand the nutritional principles discussed on this site, and it is useful to ask them to read the nutrition plan to understand the healthy direction you are taking.Be consistent. You need at least 30 minutes of exercise a day to experience any weight loss benefits. Major studies have shown that 60 minutes a day is actually best. Ideally, the exercise should be continuous, but it could be split up into two 30-minute sections.Start with walking if you are overweight. Most heavy people start with walking and that is an excellent choice, as it is low-risk and inexpensive. The major problem with walking, however, is that many people become fit relatively rapidly but don’t increase the intensity of the workouts as they become more fit. Once you become comfortable with a routine, it is important to increase the intensity in order to continue benefiting. For more information on walking for fitness, see my article “Walk Your Way to Better Health.”Increase your intensity regularly. Ideally you should exercise at an intensity that makes it somewhat difficult to talk to the person next to you. This prevents you from having to measure your pulse or use a heart-rate monitor. If you can comfortably talk to the person next to you, you aren’t working hard enough to produce the benefits you need to lose weight. However, if you are using so much oxygen with your exercise that there is not enough left over to allow you to carry on a conversation at all, then you are exercising too hard and need to cut back a bit.Try race-walking. When outdoors, it is sometimes difficult to walk fast enough to get to the necessary level of exertion. Try race walking — Racewalk.com has an excellent section on teaching you how to do this. However, if you use a treadmill indoors you can easily increase the incline to improve the intensity of the walking. Try running. If you feel ambitious you can advance to running, which is my personal favorite — I have been a runner since 1968. It is one of the most efficient and inexpensive ways to stay healthy; the only equipment required is a good pair of shoes. If you do decide to run, please recognize that most shoes will not last more than six months. If you use them longer than six months you will increase your risk of injury.One of the downsides of running is that you must depend on the weather to cooperate. You can always use a treadmill, of course, but that adds the expense of a health club or the equipment for your home. If you are elevating your program to this level and will invest in equipment, I believe that an elliptical machine is, for reasons explained below, far superior to the treadmill in providing an optimal aerobic exercise experience.Try an elliptical machine. Elliptical machines are generally less expensive and far quieter than treadmills and provide a complete lower body workout by rotating the use of the different muscle groups on your legs. However, you will have to be sure to use the elliptical that can incline throughout various levels. Some models have a fixed based and handles that allow you to exercise your arms, but I believe it is more helpful to exercise the different leg muscles as they are much larger than your arm muscles. The model I use is the Precor 546. The Precor 546 is a commercial piece of equipment that will last you a lifetime as it is designed to stand up to the rigors of a busy health club. I travel all over the world and when I go into a fitness center that doesn’t have the Precor brand elliptical I am saddened because I have never found an elliptical machine that was better than the Precor 546.The 546 model does not have the levers so you can use your arms. This is a good thing as the most powerful muscles in your body are in your legs. Unlike the models that allow you to use your arms, the 546 gives you a wide range of incline choices that allow you to fully workout all the different muscles in your legs. The model with the arms has a fixed base and will not allow as complete a workout of your legs. You can save your arm workouts for resistance weight training and I believe you will have a far better more comprehensive training effect.It is my impression that the Precor 546 is the single best piece of fitness equipment available anywhere in the world today. That is why I have owned a Precor machine for a number of years. This model features a unique ramp that changes the stride motion and allows you to train the different muscle groups. I normally suggest adjusting the resistance setting and frequency of steps per minute so one is just short of not having enough breath to carry on a conversation. This is the aerobic threshold that will produce cardiovascular benefits.You may think the price of the machine is a bit high but when you compare it to a treadmill is it right in the ballpark and in my estimation is a far better exercise for you. It has about 90% less noise than most treadmills so you can easily watch TV or watch videos while you workout (my favorite). This is close to impossible with many treadmills.Also the convenience of having one of these in your home is difficult to put a price on. But if you even value your time at $10 per hour and you wind up saving two hours of travel time per week by not having to go to your health club, you will cover the cost of the machine in a few years. Many of you reading this may earn far more than $10 an hour and save more than two hours per week in commuting time so your payback time will be well under one year.It is also difficult to place a value on how good you feel and all the diseases that you will prevent by owning one of these machines as, in my opinion, there simply isn’t a better piece of equipment to purchase to get you in good shape. How can you put a price on preventing a heart attack or fatal cancer? You may not realize it, but exercise has been clearly shown to reduce cancer rates. It probably does this by lowering insulin levels.So not only will you reduce cancer and heart attacks but you will also reduce nearly every single chronic degenerative disease. So do yourself a favor and try out a Precor 546, if you like it as much as I think you will reward yourself by getting one for you and your family so you can enjoy all the benefits of finally being in shape.Be cautious. If you are going to use exercise for weight loss, consider a weight bearing exercise. It has been my experience that non-weight bearing exercises like swimming and bicycling, are not as efficient or effective for weight loss. You will typically need to exercise four times as long in these activities to receive the same benefit of running or using the elliptical. Since most of us are seriously time pressured, these exercises become less valuable for most of us.Swim, but only in fresh water. Swimming is one of the best exercises on the planet, working all the major muscles, but it poses the challenge of exposing you to the large amounts of chlorine that are in most swimming pools. However, you still have the option of swimming in the lake, river or ocean depending on the temperature of the water. Try bicycling, but be aware of safety measures. If you decide to bicycle for health, study all bicycle safety measures and be aware of the high risk for serious injury compared with other exercise options. Always, of course, wear your helmet.Stick with it! The fact that we need to exercise is not news to anyone. For those who don’t exercise, its not a matter of understanding its benefits, but far more so, finding the motivation to start — and stay — on a program. The big breakthrough is that we now have techniques like EFT, a form of psychological acupressure, that can facilitate our ability to start and successfully stick with a long-term exercise program. You can go to my free EFT manual to learn how to use this incredible tool. Do Anaerobic Training! There is abundant new scientific evidence, like this study, that clearly demonstrates there are enormous benefits to interval-type training. I now firmly believe that although endurance cardio training is important, it really needs to be part of a more comprehensive program that includes short bursts of activity at very high intensity that is individualized for your specific fitness level.The new evidence suggests that this may actually provide MORE protection against heart attacks than long durational aerobic type exercises.

Another major benefit of this approach is that it radically decreases the amount of time you spend exercising, while giving you even more benefits. It would be wise to have clearance by your

But this is a technique that should help nearly anyone who uses it.The take-home message?Don’t rely solely on cardio. You will need to incorporate interval-type training along with strength training to develop a far more rounded and comprehensive exercise program.You will be very pleased with the results and perhaps even more pleased with the free time you have if you have been a slave to hour-long cardio workouts.Finally, it is also quite useful to map, plan and track your program to obtain long-term success; you can use this printable exercise table toward that end, or create your own chart.
